Campgrounds of Grand Teton
There are several developed campgrounds within Grand Teton National Park. Unusually for such a popular park, none of the campgrounds accept advance reservations. However, there are usually open spots in at least one campground.
Colter Bay Campground
Size & Cost: 324 sites, $50-$77 per site
Open: May through September
Reservations: Online at recreation.gov
Location: On US-89/US-191 10.9 miles south of the north boundary or 35.4 miles north of the south boundary
Amenities: Running water, flush toilets, fire rings and picnic tables, dump station – showers, laundry and campstore nearby
Demand: Moderate. This very large campground offers mostly wooded sites and is close to Jackson Lake. It rarely fills before late afternoon, and often has openings.

Gros Ventre Campground
Size & Cost: 279 sites, $42-$71 per site
Open: May through October
Reservations: Online at recreation.gov
Location: In the south end of the park on Gros Ventre Road
Amenities: Running water, flush toilets, fire rings and picnic tables, dump station
Demand: Low. This huge campground lies along the Gros Ventre River, though no sites are directly on the river. This campground rarely fills even in summer season.

Jenny Lake Campground
Size & Cost: 61 sites, $41 per site
Open: May through September

Location: On Teton Park Road 7.9 miles north of Moose Junction or 13.2 miles south of Jackson Lake Junction
Amenities: Running water, flush toilets, fire rings and picnic tables
Demand: Extreme. This very popular campground is in an evergreen forest a short distance from Jenny Lake. It generally fills by 10AM every day.

Lizard Creek Campground
Size & Cost: 60 sites, $41 per site
Open: June through September

Location: On Teton Park Road 7.9 miles north of Moose Junction or 13.2 miles south of Jackson Lake Junction
Amenities: Running water, flush toilets, fire rings and picnic tables
Demand: Medium. This is a slightly more primitive campground in the northern part of the park, with sites in the spruce and fir forest. This campground is for tents only, and rarely fills.

Signal Mountain Campground
Size & Cost: 81 sites, $45-$68 per site
Open: May through October

Location: On Teton Park Road 18.1 miles north of Moose Junction or 3.1 miles south of Jackson Lake Junction
Amenities: Running water, flush toilets, fire rings and picnic tables, dump station
Demand: Very high. This campground is on Jackson Lake and quite popular, and is usually full by noon. The Signal Mountain Lodge is nearby, with all of its own amenities.
