Lassen Volcanic Lodging Inside the Park
Lassen Volcanic National Park has one lodge inside park boundaries, the Drakesbad Guest Ranch. It is located far from the main part of the park in the remote but highly scenic Warner Valley area. Reservations are generally needed far in advance, as with most national park lodges. It is open roughly late June to early October.
Lassen Volcanic Lodging Near the Park
Outside the park lodging for the Lassen area is quite limited. They tiny town of Mineral is near the southwest entrance. The town of Chester is reasonably close to most of the access roads and offers a few lodging options. The city of Redding is an hour’s drive from the Manzanita Lake Entrance, but offers a large number of properties.
