Everglades National Park

The Roads of Everglades

The large majority of the Everglades is reachable only by small watercraft or on foot. However, one long road provides access to a very nice cross-section of the park, running from the entrance near Royal Palm to the Flamingo area, a one-way distance of nearly 40 miles. It is the extension of FL-9336, and is easily reachable from the Florida City/Homestead area.
