Getting to Zion |
| UT-9 is the route into the Zion Canyon section of the park. This road is followed through the town of Springdale to the south entrance, or off of US89 to the east entrance. To access the Kolob Canyons section, take Exit 40 off of I-15. The remote Kolob Terrace section is reached by taking Kolob Terrace Road off of UT-9 in the town of Virgin. The nearest airport with commercial service is in St. George (SGU), 46 miles from the south entrance. The nearest major airport is in Las Vegas (LAS), a 150 mile drive over mostly interstate. Expedia searches are provided below for price references. For flights, simply enter your origin, destination, dates, and number of passengers. For cars, change the radio button at the top to car, enter the pickup airport, the dropoff airport (usually the same), and the pickup and dropoff dates/times. |
