Getting to Zion
UT-9 is the route into the Zion Canyon section of the park. This road is followed through the town of Springdale to the south entrance, or off of US89 to the east entrance. To access the Kolob Canyons section, take Exit 40 off of I-15. The remote Kolob Terrace section is reached by taking Kolob Terrace Road off of UT-9 in the town of Virgin.
The nearest airport with commercial service is in St. George (SGU), 46 miles from the south entrance. The nearest major airport is in Las Vegas (LAS), a 150 mile drive over mostly interstate. We suggest using Expedia when searching for your flights and rental cars. Use the suggested airport code(s) above for the fastest results. The search box defaults to flight searches.
