Big Bend National Park has one lodge inside the park boundary, the Chisos Mountains Lodge. It is currently operated by
Forever Resorts. Advance reservations are strongly recommeded, as with any national park lodge.
Outside the park lodging options for Big Bend are few. The park is in one of the most remote areas in the country. Searching for the towns of Terlingua, Lajitas, Marathon, and Alpine are the best options, but be aware that these are up to 90 miles from the park. Of course, the high speed limits of the region can make these distances easy to cover in a short time.
We offer two methods of finding lodging in the area. The first is a search via
Expedia. This will give you a good pricing comparison, and a number of property options. After the search we list some specific properties with details and a link to book directly with the property. Lodging is listed according to distance from the noted park destination.
